What information RAVE collects
RAVE Creations collects only the information needed to communicate with customers, process orders, arrange pickup or shipping, and provide support.
Information submitted through checkout, newsletter signup, or the contact form may include your name, email address, shipping details, and order information.

How that information is used
Customer information is used for order fulfillment, support, and occasional brand updates when you explicitly opt in to marketing messages.
Payments and privacy questions
Payment information is handled by the checkout provider used at the time of purchase and is not stored directly on the RAVE marketing site.
How customer messages and photos are handled
Messages, order questions, pickup notes, and any reference photos are used to answer the request you sent. They are not sold, rented, or added to marketing lists unless you choose to opt in.
Data security
RAVE keeps customer information limited to the systems needed for storefront operation, payment processing, shipping, pickup coordination, and customer support. Do not send payment card numbers or account passwords through the contact form.
Email preferences
Marketing messages are optional. If a newsletter or update list is available, you can unsubscribe or ask for help updating your preferences.
